What's with this "Dave and the Rock Bottom Remainders?" When did THAT happen? Are we now Mick and the Stones? Yes, the RBR are going out on tour this year in April from the 19th to the 25th. We do this pretty much every year, one week a year, hitting a few cities, scaring the crap out of the audience, and then crawling back into our holes. This year, it's an east coast tour, with stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington. and New York. I know we're at the Nokia Theater in New York in Times Square and at the old Electric Co9mpany in Philadelphia. Not sure about the other places, although I think it's the Roxy in Boston. I try to keep the band away from Detroit, mostly because there are far too many good musicians here to embarrass ourselves in front of. Also it's one thing to do a really bad Elvis Presley impersonation in front of total strangers; it's another to do it in front of people you might actually have to see again. We have a website that will keep people up to date on the tour, and you can link through my website as well under "radio and music." Dave and the RBR? Honestly.
