You always know what to say right away. When I was taking care of my husband I needed to get away and for me just an 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours did it, as long as I went to the beach. Amazing what healing powers water has. I did that a few times a week and then felt so refreshed to carry on. I feel bad that I never completed nursing program. I am sure I was one sometime in a previous life. (ha), I did what I could and never thought I was cheated in any way. You just have to deal with what comes along.
I donated what I could to Augies Quest and also the garden for the kids at the orphanage.
