I can relate to this podcast real well. You are right . Everyone is different when they lose a spouse. I have managed okay . I have always been pretty independent. I find being single or unattached is not the worst thing in the world at all. I kept busy by working and doing my hobbies of canning and sewing that I like. My husbands thought when he knew that he was exiting this life was that it is okay if I remarried and told our son that too. However I am that kind of person that could but I just don't find it necessary at this point in my life. Friends would always be much better for me.
