….the PA AG lied in the Grand Jury Presentment that initiated all of the furor. Compare Mike McQuarey testimony in the Sandusky trial to the “script” of his testimony in the Grand Jury Presentment. Remember the information in a Presentment is a report written by the Prosecutor describing the testimony…check with your attorneys. The transcript of the trial is actual testimony. During the trial M McQ testified he never used the words…”erection”….”insertion” and other similar sexual words. There is an email available to the public in which M McQ complains to the Prosecutor that what they claimed he said in the Presentment was not his testimony in the GJ proceedings. Keep in mind a “Presentment” to report a GJ’s findings is only permitted in 8 states…MI is not one of them. You might ask..”didn’t the members of the GD approve the “story in the Presentment”? NO…it was the next GJ which didn’t even hear the testimony that approved the Presentment!

…..M McQ’s father and his father’s friend Dr Dranov, both medical professionals testified that they met with Mike the evening of the supposed incident and that “Mike couldn’t tell us what he saw”. Remember they both had the legal responsibility to report any information of this nature to the proper authorities.

…..but the best for last Mitch. In spite of the Prosecutions best effort to fabricate a crime, of all the charges against Jerry Sandusky, this is the only charge for which he was acquitted!

The law suit by the the state of PA against the NCAA resulted in volumes of communications between the Governor’s office, the “new” Penn State administration, the NCAA and Louis Freeh being made public. There was absolutely nothing “independent” about his investigation. The NCAA didn’t back down on the sanctions out of the goodness of their heart. Had this trial continued and those on the NCAA Executive Committee been subpoenaed the extent of this conspiracy wold have been exposed to the public The PSU Board of Trustees still refuses to make the Free Report public. So much for transparency!

I’m sure you are wondering………yes I am a PSU alum for almost 60 years. I first met Joe not long after leaving PSU when I helped him recruit a couple of kids from my old high school……the alumni was allow to do that in those days. I was just a 21 year old kid myself and I sat in the meeting with these kids, Joe and Rip Engle. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! In addition one of my best friends from high school, Joe Sara who has since passed, was a longtime ass’t. coach. Needless to say I had a little more than a casual insight of the PSU football program.

It was said that PSU was trying to avoid bad publicity by covering up this story. I would only ask you to “google” Rashard Casey. He was an African American kid that that came out of the inner city in NJ and in the early 2000s was playing at PSU. He was charged with attacking an off duty NJ police man, which he denied. Joe obviously interviewed Rashard and concluded he was innocent. The “free press”, with ESPN leading the way, crucified Joe…..”Paterno only cares about winning”. Casey was later found innocent and won a six figure lawsuit against NJ. Casey was later quoted as saying “Joe said I believe you because you’re a good person”.

If ever the “free press” has been needed expose the truth… this is the case. Not only to exonerate Joe Paterno but to expose the conspiracy of the PA Governor, PA AG, the NCAA, the PSU BOT and Louis Freeh. Thanks for listening Mitch.
