It is sad and shameful that a Veteran can end up in these bad circumstances: homeless, hungry, ill, and unwanted. Where are their family members? We should all be ashamed that this happens, not only in Detroit, but probably many other cities. I would guess that the number of Veterans in our country will be growing in the years to come. They will need our help and care. How many neighborhoods will welcome them?
