Project: Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a non-profit community development organization which is acquring and renovating 50 houses in the next year which will be sold to low/moderate income households with down payment assistance and homeonwer counseling. Volunteers will help to renovate 2 houses and will be painting and pulling up carpet and tacks.
