About This Episode
In honor of our 30th episode, we wanted to celebrate YOU, the listener, by letting you pick the topics for our show today! We polled our Tuesday People Facebook group members and got some great suggestions! On today’s Tuesday People Podcast we’ll discuss caregiving and the immense responsibility it puts on family members. We will also talk about ALS and where treatments stand since “Tuesdays With Morrie” was first written. We’ll also touch upon how to survive the often explosive atmosphere of politics that permeates our every day lives these days. And finally, we’ll chat for a bit about how it feels when nothing you do is “good enough.” Thank you all for sticking with us for 30 weeks! With the help of Morrie’s words and wisdom, we hope to be with you for many more!
Thanks for mentioning about caregivers. I was one for many years for family members. Nice that you will do a future show on care giving. My parents, my husband and other family members I took care of while working full time and going through school too. Then you have to choose what is more important. So I didn’t finish becoming a nurse. I took care of my husband instead. I sure did do a lot and it took a lot of my time. Anyway I will be looking for a show on that. Have a great day.
