Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan

Date: March 22, 2014

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Location: 120 E. Columbia Pontiac, MI 48340

Project: For more than 36 years, Gleaners Community Food Bank has been “feeding hungry people and nourishing our communities.” Last year, Gleaners distributed 41 million pounds of emergency food to more than 550 partner soup kitchens, shelters and pantries in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Monroe counties. Volunteers will help to pack and assemble food boxes. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toed, closed-heel shoes (no Crocs/sandals). Limited building parking. Overflow parking lot is located directly across the street.
