DTE Energy converted some of its land into gardens which are managed by Gleaners Community Food Bank to grow fresh produce vital to basic nutrition. These gardens feed needy people through Gleaners’ partnerships with neighborhood food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters & social service agencies. Four gardens in the metro-Detroit area are referred to as DTE Energy Farm.
