“Tuesdays with Morrie” Play Comes to Michigan in Special 25th Anniversary Celebration

In celebration of the 25th Anniversary edition of Tuesdays with Morrie, we’re proud to announce several productions of its theatrical adaptation in August and September. This is the first time the play has been produced in Michigan. Michigan’s own Water Works Theatre Company is touring this powerful affirmation of life and friendship, revived from its recent and successful run at Theatre J in Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2021. The play stars Cody Nickell and Michael Russotto and is directed by Jenna Place.

Several performances include talkbacks with Mitch Albom and cast, and benefitting nonprofit organizations. See the list below for details and specific dates and links.


August 10-14 | City Opera House, Traverse City
